This is one of my favorite recipes, the kids, our dog and I drink it at least twice a week.

  1. 5 leaves of kale (cut the middle stem out and throw it away)
  2. 1/2 lime squeezed
  3. 1/2 large mexican papaya (peel skin and take out seeds)
  4. 1 young thai coconut – water and meat
  5. Add up to a cup or more of filtered water depending on the consistency you prefer.

Blend on high in a Vita-Mix and enjoy.
