I like to drink this for breakfast, it keeps me going for up to 5 hours! Play around with it and add things you like and take out the ones you don’t. It should taste good. I seriously think it tastes like a chocolate milk shake and enjoy every drop of it.

  1. 1 tbs bee pollen
  2. 1 tbs tocotrienols (powdery form of vitamin e)
  3. 1 scoop boku protein powder or 1 scoop sunwarrior protein powder (i like them both but use the boku)
  4. 1 tbs brazil nut powder
  5. 1 tbs hemp seeds and or hemp seed powder
  6. 1/2 tbs goji powder
  7. 1 tbs cocoa powder
  8. 1/2 tbs maca powder
  9. 2 or 3 dashes of cinnamon
  10. 1 tbs ormus super greens (sunwarrior product)
  11. 1 tbs msm powder (excellent source of sulfer – good for skin, hair and nails)
  12. 2 inches of fresh aloe (cut the skin off and add just the inner flesh)
  13. 1/2 cup of blueberries
  14. 1 banana (i prefer the small red ones)
  15. 1 young thai coconut (water and meat)

There are many variations on this recipe. For example my husband prefers to add 2 tbs of cocoa, 1 tbs of chia seeds, no aloe, banana or msm powder. the main thing is the protein, the super greens and the goji are very healthy too. Mix it up to see what you like best.
